Our Blueberry Cream Scones


When hosting a tea party, do not forget to bake the scones.For the best results, the right recipe should be used.A cookie cutter is a must to cut out equal rounds from the dough so the scones will come out to be the same size when they are fresh out of the oven. It is always a great idea to lightly brush the top of the scones with egg mixture for the scones to turn golden brown.

Using fresh berries adds an extra freshness and makes a big difference than using dried or frozen berries. You can also add cinnamon to your favorite scones to take the satisfaction of your taste buds to a higher level.Finally, do not forget to serve clotted cream, fruit preserve,and lemon curd with the scones. You can use variety of fruit preserves from the market such as blackberry preserve (my favorite), strawberry preserve, apricot preserve or whatever your guests would enjoy the most.
